Copyright infringement is unlawful. The images from photo sessions may be used for marketing purposes, including on my personal and Facebook and Instagram Business page, and website. They may also be used in various print and advertising materials at the discretion of Mary's Creations Photography and its owners. By submitting your session fee and participating in your session you agree to these terms and conditions.


Retainer Rules

To book I require $100 retainer to secure the time and date, no booking will be completed without the retainer. The retainer will be deducted from the package you select. Retainers are not refundable or transferable. Once retainer has been completed it covers for the time of consultation, ideas, all communications and blocking time and date and it will be also be deducted from the total.


  • Turnaround time is up to 3 weeks from date of session
  • Rush processing fee for a turnaround up to 3 days is $100.00 extra

( PayPal & Venmo is an additional fee of 4% processing fee)


*Retainer blocks the date and time scheduled, no reschedule or changes once date and time is locked in due to high demand and limited availability for appointments. Upon booking your session you are agreeing to these terms.


Late Fee


$100.00 will be charge as a late fee if you arrive after time scheduled. If you are late after 10 min from your scheduled time the session will be canceled and you will have to rebook with additional fee of 100.00.


Sessions will be confirmed 48 hours in advance to avoid cancelation.
