Retainer and Booking Policy
- Retainer Fee: A $200 retainer is required to secure your session time and date. Bookings are only confirmed upon receipt of the retainer. This fee will be deducted from the total package price you select. Please note that retainers are non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Coverage: The retainer covers the consultation, idea planning, all communications, and securing your session time and date. It will be deducted from the total package cost.
- Turnaround Time: The standard turnaround time for your photos is up to 3 weeks from the session date. If you need your photos sooner, we offer a rush processing option for an additional $100, with a turnaround time of up to 3 days.

- We accept payments via Cash App, PayPal, and Venmo.

- Processing Fees:
- Cash App: An additional 3% processing fee applies.
- PayPal , Venmo & Stripe: An additional 4% processing fee applies.
Once your session date and time are secured with the retainer, rescheduling or changes are not permitted due to high demand and limited availability. By booking your session, you agree to these terms.
Late Fee Policy
Late Arrival: A $100 late fee will be charged if you arrive more than 10 minutes after your scheduled session time. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the session will be canceled, and you will need to rebook with an additional fee of $100.
Session Confirmation: All sessions will be confirmed 48 hours in advance to prevent cancellations. Please ensure your availability and punctuality to avoid any additional charges.

Price Changes: All prices are subject to change. Any changes to your selected package may result in additional charges.
Copyright and Usage Policy
Copyright: All images from your session are the exclusive copyright and property of Mary’s Creations Photography. Portrait session images may not be reproduced, altered, or published without prior permission. Copyright infringement is unlawful.
Usage: Images from your session may be used for marketing purposes, including on Mary’s Creations Photography's personal, Facebook, Instagram Business pages, and website. They may also be utilized in various print and advertising materials at the discretion of Mary’s Creations Photography and its owners.
Agreement: By submitting your session fee and participating in the session, you agree to these terms and conditions.
